Adriti Mehta

Adriti began her journey at Kofkin Bond & Co. in July 2023 and plays a key role in ensuring the firm’s smooth daily operations. She manages essential administrative tasks and coordinates with clients to facilitate seamless implementation of our advice. While pursuing her law degree at Swinburne University, set to graduate in December 2024, Adriti also plans to gain admission as a lawyer to the Supreme Court of Victoria by early 2025.

She applies her detail-oriented and organized approach, developed through her legal studies, to enhance the firm’s processes. With a strong interest in corporate law and financial services, Adriti actively deepens her knowledge of the financial sector and contributes to the firm’s success through her proactive work ethic and commitment to high-quality support to our clients.

In her personal life, Adriti is passionate about law reform and is currently spending her time researching the impact of human rights and counter-terrorism laws around the world. She is also a is a member of several law reform committees at the Law Institute of Victoria, where she engages in discussions and publications about community issues and reforms. When she’s not studying or working, you’ll find Adriti in her kitchen experimenting with a new recipe or out on the soccer field defending goals.

Bojana Stefanovic

Bojana is a results-oriented financial professional with extensive experience in financial management and leadership. She has a proven track record of developing and implementing strategies that drive business improvements, managing group finance, and supporting client services across all functions. Bojana is forward-thinking and takes a collaborative approach, using her strong analytical, interpersonal, and business skills, along with her high energy and vision, to achieve success.

In her role as Chief Financial Controller, Bojana oversees client expectations and ensures the company's sustainable growth through effective internal financial management and budgeting. She fosters a nurturing environment to enable employees to excel in their roles and achieve personal growth.

Jamie Ardern

Jamie is an accomplished executive manager with a strong background in Operations, Strategy, Stakeholder Management, Risk Management, Acquisitions, and Technology. Holding a Bachelor of Business Management/Accountancy, Jamie has built a solid foundation in finance, allowing him to thrive in senior leadership positions for over five years while amassing eight years of experience as a finance professional.

Jamie also serves as a director and founding shareholder of Musecol, Telemidi, and Saver Global. His diverse roles demonstrate his ability to bridge operational excellence with strategic insight.

As CEO, Jamie excels in leading change initiatives within complex systems, leveraging his project management skills to understand underlying technologies and implement changes with efficiency and precision. His aptitude for strategic planning and execution is evident in his track record of successful projects, which have consistently delivered measurable improvements in organizational performance.

Outside of work, Jamie enjoys staying active by playing and watching sports. As a member of the Surf Coast community, he makes the most of the local beaches by walking his dog, spending time in the water, or enjoying fish and chips with his family.

Jessica Ardern

Jess is the Managing Partner and Senior Mortgage Broker at Kofkin Bond Capital, since March 2022. With a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management, Jess has five years of experience in the field, working with a diverse range of PAYG and self-employed clients who have complex income structures. She is accredited with over 25 lenders on her lender panel, offering a wide array of finance solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs and financial goals.

Jess specialises in home and investment loans, playing a vital role in complementing the advisors' efforts by completing serviceability assessments, managing pre-approvals, and assisting with finance for investment purposes. Additionally, she conducts thorough reviews of interest rates and loan structures on existing facilities, helping clients optimize their financial outcomes, empowering them to make informed decisions.

Outside of her professional endeavours, Jess enjoys spending quality time with her family engaging in various outdoor activities. She also loves exploring local eateries and wineries along the stunning Victorian surf coast with friends, embracing the vibrant food and wine culture of the region.

Jordan Odd

Jordan joined Kofkin Bond & Co in March 2022 and completed his professional year with the firm in 2024. He earned his Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning and successfully passed the FASEA exam at the end of 2023. Currently, Jordan is pursuing his Master of Financial Planning, with an expected completion date in 2025, and aims to obtain his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.

As a manager, Jordan is committed to enhancing his team’s capabilities while ensuring that clients receive exceptional service. As a financial adviser, he is dedicated to maximizing financial opportunities for his clients, empowering them to live fulfilling lives and create meaningful legacies for their loved ones.

Outside of work, Jordan and his wife are actively renovating their home and engaging with their community through their church. He enjoys playing basketball and soccer, immersing himself in Dungeons & Dragons campaigns, reading and participating in anything associated with a beach.

Lauren Le

After earning her Bachelor of Financial Planning from RMIT University in 2023, Lauren stepped into her full-time role at Kofkin Bond & Co as an Administrative Assistant, diving into the dynamic world of financial services. Her transition marks the beginning of her professional journey, where she is excited to apply her academic knowledge in a practical setting, contributing to client satisfaction and team success while laying the groundwork for her future aspirations in the financial industry.

In this position, Lauren is pivotal in managing the administrative aspects of client interactions. Her responsibilities prominently include preparing and delivering all necessary paperwork to clients, as well as managing and coordinating communication with external parties. Lauren's meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills ensure that client needs are met promptly and effectively, contributing to the firm's high standards of client service. Lauren is dedicated to advancing her career with Kofkin Bond & Co and aspires to eventually transition into the role of Financial Advisor.

Outside of her professional life, Lauren remains actively engaged in personal growth and physical activity. As a former competitive ballerina, she remains deeply passionate about expressing art through movement and continues to explore various dance styles, including Jazz and Hip-Hop. In her leisure time, Lauren enjoys browsing bookstores and discovering new culinary experiences around Melbourne, constantly seeking out new adventures and enriching experiences

Rejina Amatya

Rejina brings a strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine sense of empathy to work, which is evident in the trusted relationships she has built with clients. With a Master's degree in Accounting, she combines her academic knowledge with a passion for understanding each client’s unique situation, ensuring they feel supported as they make important financial decisions.

Since starting her role with Kofkin Bond and Co in 2022, Rejina has focused on creating a collaborative environment and finding ways to improve processes. With a positive mindset, she remains dedicated to learning new things and expanding her knowledge base.

Outside of her professional life, she enjoy traveling to new destinations and discovering Australia's quirky "big statues." She is an avid reader, and also loves cooking and exploring new flavours, both in the kitchen and on her travels.

Shaye Marx

Shaye began working part-time at Kofkin Bond & Co in 2022 while completing his studies at Monash University. He graduated in 2023 with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance, and became a full-time member of our team as a Technical Analyst. Shaye continued his studies and now completing his Master of Applied Finance at UNSW, where he is due to finish in 2024.

Shaye now takes on the role of Business Analyst in the Kofkin Bond corporate consulting team. He continues to leverage his expertise in data-based analytics to make informed decisions that drive growth and prepare companies for future success. His key areas of expertise include strategy preparation, project management, technology, and finance.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Shaye is committed to helping others achieve their goals. He previously served as a Peer Mentor Volunteer at Monash University, where he supported and guided students through their academic journeys. He is driven by a passion for self-directed education undertaking courses in FinTech and Computer Science, enhancing his expertise and keeping him at the forefront of industry developments. In his spare time, you’ll find Shaye at the gym, on the golf course, or exploring locations around Sydney.

Tahli Cavagnino

Tahli is a financial adviser within the Kofkin Bond & Co team, with a particular passion for building financial literacy, creating comfortable retirement plans and ensuring financial stability and security for her clients. Tahli came to the finance profession after years spent working as a national business manager within the franchised fitness sector, helping individual business units optimise performance. As financial adviser, Tahli now works with her clients to optimise their personal financial position and maintains the same results driven approach.

Core to her ethos is delivering outcomes through a human-first approach to financial planning. Acknowledging that each individual brings their own experience and attitudes into the financial sphere and requires a tailored experience that fosters their own unique learning. Tahli received her accreditation to advise on SMSFs in August 2023 and Aged Care in September 2023. She also works with millennials under a general advice only approach to help those who may not yet be ‘advice ready’ to lay the foundations for long term financial success.

Outside of the office, Tahli has an obsession for health and wellbeing and works as a Pilates Instructor. She enjoys spending her weekends drinking copious amounts of coffee and going for long runs. Beyond financial planning, Tahli is a passionate advocate for women's wellness. She believes in empowering women through financial education, enabling them to make informed decisions about their financial futures.

Tony Kofkin

Tony Kofkin has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as a Director at Kofkin Bond & Co., where he oversees the firm's Private Wealth and Not-For-Profit services, driving both financial growth and community impact. His passion for financial literacy and commitment to philanthropy have importantly shaped the firm's success and its outreach in giving back to the community.

In addition to his work at Kofkin Bond & Co., Tony has held director roles at several notable not-for-profit organisations, including Carry On and the Open Futures Foundation NFP, where his strategic leadership has driven meaningful contributions to social causes. Beyond his philanthropic endeavors, Tony plays key roles such as a director and founding shareholder in several innovative ventures, such as Musecol, Telemidi, and Saver Global. His expertise and entrepreneurial spirit have established him as a global thought leader, sought after to share his insights at esteemed events across the United States, United Kingdom, South Africa, and beyond, with organizations like HSBC and AIA frequently seeking his counsel.

Outside the office, Tony is an avid reader of non-fiction books, a sports fanatic, lover of theatre, movies, international travel and live music - secretly wishing he was the lead singer of U2! (you’re safe Bono!)

Vaughan Smith

Vaughan Smith is a passionate Financial Adviser at Kofkin Bond & Co. Since starting his career in the Financial Services industry in 2018, Vaughan has developed a strong foundation in financial planning, combining his technical expertise with a deep commitment to empowering clients to make informed decisions and achieve lasting financial success. He earned his Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance from Monash University, and went on to complete a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning from Kaplan Professional.

Vaughan’s authorisation spans a wide range of financial advice areas, including superannuation, life insurance, managed investment schemes, securities, and government bonds. He takes a personalised approach to each client, focusing on their unique financial goals, tailoring strategies to help them build wealth and secure their future so they can enjoy a comfortable retirement. His deep understanding of financial products, combined with a commitment to delivering clear and practical advice, ensures that his clients are well-supported throughout their financial journeys.

Outside of work, Vaughan enjoys staying active with his Sunday cycling sessions, where he takes to the roads for a dose of fresh air. A passionate sports fan, he avidly follows the Brisbane Lions in the AFL, and his love for Formula 1 often sees him staying up into the early hours to catch every race. Vaughan is also a keen cricket enthusiast and enjoys both watching and playing the sport. His love for adventure extends beyond sports, as he recently spent time traveling through South America, exploring its diverse cultures and landscapes.

Yini Long

Yini has been an integral part of Kofkin Bond & Co since 2017, progressing from an Associate to her current role as a Technical Analyst in the Melbourne office. With a Master of Applied Finance from Monash University and over nine years of experience in the financial planning industry, Yini brings a wealth of expertise to the firm.

Her deep technical knowledge and meticulous attention to detail allow her to effectively collaborate with advisers, developing strategic documents that deliver exceptional value to clients. Yini's organisational skills and analytical mindset play a crucial role in ensuring that every client receives a tailored, well-structured financial strategy that aligns with their goals.

Outside of her professional work, Yini enjoys exploring new destinations, reading, and cherishing moments with her family and friends.

Maria Dimopoulos AM

Maria brings well over 30 years of continuous contribution to building strategic capability within a breadth of sectors and within peak bodies across Australia. She has worked across all tiers of government advocating for human rights and social justice informed policy responses, areas that have been a lifelong passion and professional commitment. Her extensive relationships and deep knowledge of many communities represented across multicultural Australia ideally position her to recognise the unique future opportunities for organisations.

Maria’s incomparable contributions have seen her awarded the Member (AM) in the General Division of the Order Of Australia for significant service to women, to cultural diversity, and to the prevention of domestic violence, and a Lifetime Achievement award by the Migration Council of Australia in 2017 for her tireless devotion to Australian multiculturalism and support for Culturally and Linguistically Diverse women. She has held numerous advisory positions to government including the National Judicial Council on Cultural Diversity, the National Council to Reduce Violence Against Women and their Children and the Federal Multicultural Affairs Access and Equity Inquiry panel.

Georgia Prattis

Georgia is an accomplished consultant with a career spanning almost 30 years delivering equality and inclusion reforms in public, corporate and not-for-profit sectors across Australia. She brings extensive expertise in organisational diversity, inclusion, intersectional analysis and collective innovation.

With a background in adult education, Georgia is passionate about transformative learning and has developed and delivered a broad suite of diversity and inclusion programs that challenge thinking and contribute to cultural change.

Georgia spent ten years working in the public sector leading the development of large-scale learning and development, cultural diversity and gender equality reforms. In 2006 she joined Myriad Consultants and turned her focus to cultural change and policy reform projects which she has delivered across a breadth of sectors and industries. She is highly skilled in engaging with stakeholders across a breadth of sectors and working collaboratively to achieve positive and sustainable change.

Nithesh Singh

Nithesh earned his MBA in Finance and Marketing from Presidency University in 2022. As a Financial Paraplanner, he developed a strong foundation in managing funds, financial planning, and assessing risk profiles. His expertise also includes providing administrative support and ensuring effective client management, making him an asset in the financial services industry.

Currently, Nithesh serves as an Administrative Assistant at Kofkin Bond & Co. He is responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the office operates smoothly, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and assisting with client inquiries. He also coordinates meetings and prepares reports, contributing significantly to effective communication and organization within the team.

In his personal life, Nithesh is committed to enhancing his skills through various courses on Udemy and other platforms, particularly in FinTech and portfolio valuation, to stay current with industry developments. He enjoys traveling and exploring new places, swimming, watching movies, and has a keen interest in fish, as he is an aquarist.

Kripa Sujan

Kripa has been working as an administrative assistant at Kofkin Bond & Co since 2024. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration (2014) and a master’s degree in business administration with a specialization in Finance and Marketing (2019) from Bangalore University. Her solid academic foundation supports her effectiveness in her role. During her college years, Kripa actively participated in management fests and conducted market research and prepared insightful reports.

With over three years of experience as an administrative assistant, Kripa excels in providing client support, collaborating with administrative teams, and managing data and client communications The strong organizational skills and time management abilities enable her to prioritize and plan tasks, enhancing overall efficiency.

Outside of work, Kripa is involved in welfare activities, providing essential support to those in need. She also co-founded a successful cake and pastry business, overseeing its online operations and presence. Additionally, Kripa enjoys traveling and exploring new destinations, which fuels her passion for learning about different cultures.

Angela Ashton

Angela founded Evergreen in 2016 and is ultimately responsible for all investment activities at Evergreen. Angela has 30 years’ experience in investment markets. She has held senior investment roles at QIC, was Head of Ratings at van Eyk Research and General Manager, Managed Funds Research at IWL Ltd (now CommSec). She has contributed to the industry through serving on a number of education committees with groups such as Kaplan and the Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA).

Dr Peter Mavromatis

An investment professional with over 20 years of experience across the financial market spectrum, Mav was Chief Investment Officer at Beulah Capital until March 2017. After a hiatus exploring the globe, he joined Evergreen in October 2018. Prior to this, Mav's positions included Macro Strategist and Head of Research at Investorfirst Ltd and Senior Investment Analyst and General Manager – Equities Research at IWL Ltd (CommSec). Mav was also Research Fellow at the Centre of Policy Studies, where he made key contributions to forecast validation of USAGE – a dynamic computable general equilibrium model of the US economy.

Brad Bugg

Brad has nearly 30 years of experience in financial markets, both domestically and overseas, gaining a deep understanding of markets, portfolio construction, asset allocation, manager selection and sustainable investing. Most recently Brad was at Morningstar Investment Management for 13 years where he was responsible for the development and day-to-day management of the multi asset managed account program, as well as leading the firm’s research efforts across fixed income and alternatives markets and strategies. Brad has also spent time at a number of sell-side firms in Sydney and London focussing on fixed income strategies, primarily credit markets.
