Bella is currently in her second year of a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Banking and Finance at Monash University. She began working with Kofkin Bond & Co in March 2025, driven by her passion for the finance industry and inspired by successful role models. Her deep interest in financial markets and business strategy has driven her to seek hands-on experience, allowing her to apply her academic knowledge in real-world situations and continuously grow in the industry.

In her role as Client Service Officer at Kofkin Bond & Co, Bella applies her academic knowledge while gaining invaluable experience within the business and finance sectors. Bella works closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient delivery of services.

After Bella completes her university degree, she is eager to continue developing her skills and is determined to make a meaningful impact in the finance industry. With a strong sense of ambition, she is focused on becoming a successful woman in finance early in her career, driven by a passion for growth and professional achievement.

Kripa Sujan

Kripa has been working as an administrative assistant at Kofkin Bond & Co since 2024. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration (2014) and a master’s degree in business administration with a specialization in Finance and Marketing (2019) from Bangalore University. Her solid academic foundation supports her effectiveness in her role. During her college years, Kripa actively participated in management fests and conducted market research and prepared insightful reports.

With over three years of experience as an administrative assistant, Kripa excels in providing client support, collaborating with administrative teams, and managing data and client communications The strong organizational skills and time management abilities enable her to prioritize and plan tasks, enhancing overall efficiency.

Outside of work, Kripa is involved in welfare activities, providing essential support to those in need. She also co-founded a successful cake and pastry business, overseeing its online operations and presence. Additionally, Kripa enjoys traveling and exploring new destinations, which fuels her passion for learning about different cultures.

Lauren Le

After earning her Bachelor of Financial Planning from RMIT University in 2023, Lauren began her professional journey at Kofkin Bond & Co, where she now thrives as an Advice Associate. Her transition into this role marks a significant step forward in her career, allowing her to apply her academic foundation in a practical, client-focused environment while continuing to build the skills and experience necessary for her long-term goal of becoming a Financial Advisor.

In her current position, Lauren plays a key role in supporting the delivery of tailored financial advice. She collaborates closely with Advisors to prepare client strategies and ensure the smooth execution of advice implementation. Her attention to detail, proactive communication, and commitment to excellence contribute to maintaining the firm’s high standard of service and client satisfaction.

Outside of her professional life, Lauren remains actively engaged in personal growth and physical activity. As a former competitive ballerina, she remains deeply passionate about expressing art through movement and continues to explore various dance styles, including Jazz and Hip-Hop. In her leisure time, Lauren enjoys discovering new culinary experiences around Melbourne, constantly seeking out new adventures and enriching experiences.

Nithesh Singh

Nithesh earned his MBA in Finance and Marketing from Presidency University in 2022. As a Financial Paraplanner, he developed a strong foundation in managing funds, financial planning, and assessing risk profiles. His expertise also includes providing administrative support and ensuring effective client management, making him an asset in the financial services industry.

Currently, Nithesh serves as an Administrative Assistant at Kofkin Bond & Co. He is responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the office operates smoothly, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and assisting with client inquiries. He also coordinates meetings and prepares reports, contributing significantly to effective communication and organization within the team.

In his personal life, Nithesh is committed to enhancing his skills through various courses on Udemy and other platforms, particularly in FinTech and portfolio valuation, to stay current with industry developments. He enjoys traveling and exploring new places, swimming, watching movies, and has a keen interest in fish, as he is an aquarist.

Shaye Marx

Shaye began working part-time at Kofkin Bond & Co in 2022 while completing his studies at Monash University. He graduated in 2023 with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance, and became a full-time member of our team as a Technical Analyst. Shaye continued his studies and now completing his Master of Applied Finance at UNSW, where he is due to finish in 2024.

Shaye now takes on the role of Business Analyst in the Kofkin Bond corporate consulting team. He continues to leverage his expertise in data-based analytics to make informed decisions that drive growth and prepare companies for future success. His key areas of expertise include strategy preparation, project management, technology, and finance.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Shaye is committed to helping others achieve their goals. He previously served as a Peer Mentor Volunteer at Monash University, where he supported and guided students through their academic journeys. He is driven by a passion for self-directed education undertaking courses in FinTech and Computer Science, enhancing his expertise and keeping him at the forefront of industry developments. In his spare time, you’ll find Shaye at the gym, on the golf course, or exploring locations around Sydney.

Tony Kofkin

He earned his Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance from Monash University, and went on to complete a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning from Kaplan Professional.

Vaughan’s authorisation spans a wide range of financial advice areas, including superannuation, life insurance, managed investment schemes, securities, and government bonds. Seeking to broaden his leadership capabilities, he stepped into a senior role in the automotive industry, where he spent nearly four years honing his skills in team leadership, operations, and commercial decision-making before returning to Kofkin Bond & Co in March 2026 as Principal Financial Advisor.

Matthew Foley

Matthew Foley is a Client Service Officer at Kofkin Bond & Co, where he is completing his Professional Year to complete his Bachelor of Business majoring in Financial Planning. After three years of study at RMIT University, Matthew transitioned into a fulltime position with the firm, allowing him to apply his academic foundations directly to client work and build practical industry experience.

In his role as a Client Service Officer, Matthew supports the advice team by preparing documentation, conducting research, assisting with strategy development, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients. His role gives him early exposure to the operational and strategic elements of financial planning, strengthening the skills he will need as he advances in the profession.

Driven by his goal of becoming a financial adviser, Matthew actively seeks opportunities to learn from the senior advisers within the firm. He regularly sits in on client meetings to observe how advice is delivered, understand client needs firsthand, and build confidence in professional interactions. This proactive, hands-on learning approach is helping him develop into a thoughtful and capable future adviser.

Outside of his professional career, Matthew has an extensive sporting background. He spent the past three years playing VFL at Essendon, gaining experience at a high level of competition, and has recently moved to join the Coburg Lions. Alongside his own footy career, he is a passionate supporter of the Geelong Cats and follows a wide range of sports, including NBA and cricket. Angela Ashton

Angela founded Evergreen in 2016 and is ultimately responsible for all investment activities at Evergreen. Angela has 30 years’ experience in investment markets. She has held senior investment roles at QIC, was Head of Ratings at van Eyk Research and General Manager, Managed Funds Research at IWL Ltd (now CommSec). She has contributed to the industry through serving on a number of education committees with groups such as Kaplan and the Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA).

Dr Peter Mavromatis

An investment professional with over 20 years of experience across the financial market spectrum, Mav was Chief Investment Officer at Beulah Capital until March 2017. After a hiatus exploring the globe, he joined Evergreen in October 2018. Prior to this, Mav's positions included Macro Strategist and Head of Research at Investorfirst Ltd and Senior Investment Analyst and General Manager – Equities Research at IWL Ltd (CommSec). Mav was also Research Fellow at the Centre of Policy Studies, where he made key contributions to forecast validation of USAGE – a dynamic computable general equilibrium model of the US economy.

Brad Bugg

Brad has nearly 30 years of experience in financial markets, both domestically and overseas, gaining a deep understanding of markets, portfolio construction, asset allocation, manager selection and sustainable investing. Most recently Brad was at Morningstar Investment Management for 13 years where he was responsible for the development and day-to-day management of the multi asset managed account program, as well as leading the firm’s research efforts across fixed income and alternatives markets and strategies. Brad has also spent time at a number of sell-side firms in Sydney and London focussing on fixed income strategies, primarily credit markets.
